⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Experience at Capital Dodge If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly don’t know where to begin because my experience with Sam(Basam) , my Salesman and Allen, my Finance Manager at Capital Dodge was so much more than simply buying a vehicle. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was treated like a person—not a sale. I had a lot of questions, a lot of concerns, a very specific idea of what I needed in a vehicle, and, quite honestly, a lot of uncertainty about what the right decision was going to be. Through all of it, Sam(Basam) and Allen were patient, respectful, honest, and genuinely invested in helping me find something that would actually work for me. There was a LOT that went into getting to the finish line with my 2023 Jeep Cherokee Altitude Lux. There were vehicles to consider, numbers to work through, financing to navigate, questions about comfort and fit, features to investigate, concerns that came up along the way, and more than a few moments where I wasn’t sure which direction I was going to go. Allen never made me feel pressured to simply “make the deal.” He listened. He worked with me. He answered my endless questions 😂, advocated for me, and kept working on things when they weren’t straightforward. When something came up that needed to be addressed, he didn’t disappear or make excuses—he dealt with it. And Sam(Basam) deserves just as much recognition. The care, patience, and professionalism I experienced from him made a stressful process feel considerably easier. Both of them made it clear that they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision and happy with what I was buying—not just getting me to sign paperwork. And then there was the Jeep itself. The moment I sat in that 2023 Cherokee, I knew. That seat felt like home. 😂 It was comfortable, supportive, the right height, the right size, and it reminded me why I loved my previous Cherokee so much. After everything that went into finding the right vehicle, that feeling meant a lot. What I appreciate most about Capital Dodge is that the relationship didn’t suddenly end when the paperwork was signed. Allen continued to stand behind the deal and make sure the things that needed attention were taken care of. That says a LOT about a dealership. Buying a vehicle can be incredibly stressful—especially when you’re trying to make a major financial decision and you need to know that the people sitting across the desk from you actually have your best interests in mind. I felt that with Sam(Basam) and Allen. They didn’t just sell me a Jeep. They helped me get to a vehicle that I genuinely feel good about owning. Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. They got me in last minute, while I was on a cross country trip, to diagnose and repair an issue that I had after another dealer had done a great job for me. Service rep, Isaiah, was super patient and explain everything to me as it was happening. All the staff there were wonderful and super chill Appreciate you guys have a great life - I know where to go now if I ever have an issue again in Ottawa 🙏

My Wife and I recently bought our second Jeep Wrangler from Capital Dodge. This last experience was amazing to say the least. Our salesman Cory went out of his way and was more than helpful in every aspect of the sale. Cory is an amazing representative of the dealership that’s for sure and we sure hope he’s there for the next purchase!!!! On a second note, Allen the financial manager went above and beyond, not only being personable, but helping us through with his expertise and with a can-do attitude. We’d have to say with the combination of both Cory and Allen working in unison, our purchase experience is worth coming back for in the future. These two gentlemen are keepers. That’s for sure.
